Our Better Faster Services

Three Tools That Help You Heal Sooner

Some injuries hang on longer than they should. Sore heels that won't let up. A shoulder that aches every time you reach. A back that tightens up by the end of the day.

Our Better Faster services are self-pay treatments our therapists use alongside your physical therapy to speed things up. They're drug-free, need no surgery, and most sessions take 15 minutes or less.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

When surgery or medication isn't the answer, or simply hasn't worked, Class IV laser therapy gives your body a boost. Specific wavelengths of light reach deep into muscles, tendons and joints to calm inflammation, improve circulation and speed up tissue repair.

It's FDA cleared, and it feels like a gentle warmth. A typical session takes 5 to 15 minutes, and most patients notice less pain and easier movement within a few visits.

Good for:

  • Sports injuries
  • Strains and sprains
  • Soft tissue injuries
  • Recovery after surgery

Why patients like it: No needles, no medication, no downtime.

Shockwave Therapy

Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) therapy uses targeted sound waves delivered through a handheld tool. The waves increase blood flow, break up scar tissue and ease muscle tension, so your body can get back to healing.

Each session takes 10 to 15 minutes, with minimal discomfort and no downtime. If you have a chronic soft tissue injury that hasn't responded to other treatment, this may be your next step. Your therapist will tell you if it's a good fit.

Commonly treated:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Achilles tendon pain
  • Tennis and golfer's elbow
  • Rotator cuff tendon pain
  • Jumper's knee
  • Hip bursitis and IT band syndrome

Dry Needling

Our licensed physical therapists place very thin, sterile needles into trigger points, the tight and painful knots inside a muscle. This releases tension, eases inflammation and helps the muscle move normally again.

Dry needling is not acupuncture. The tools look similar, but dry needling is based on modern medical science of how muscles and nerves work. We're one of the most experienced dry needling clinics in the area.

Commonly treated:

  • Neck and back pain
  • Shoulder and rotator cuff pain
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Tennis elbow

Benefits: Less pain and stiffness, better flexibility, faster recovery, and better performance for athletes.

From Our Patients

What Our Patients Are Saying

When I started physical therapy my back hurt, I had pain going down my leg to my foot. Between Ashlee, Lisa and Nicole they taught me exercises to help strengthen my core and take the pain away.
Christine H.
David has an incredible knowledge base as well as a willingness to share that knowledge. His recommendations and treatment have kept me active despite consistent over-use injuries. Great rapport with clients as well!
Tracy V.
I have had help from RCPT three times and every time was beyond expectations. I have recommended RCPT to many people needing PT. I thank Dave, Miki and Lisa for all they have done for me.
